It was started with the purpose of helping you accomplish your health and fitness goals while educating you about how to develop a healthy lifestyle. At PG Fit, our ultimate goal is to coach and educate our clients every step of the way, so that they have the tools and resources they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We average over 20+ years of experience and have received nationally recognized personal training certifications through The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
We customize and individualize monthly programs by taking you through the service cycle each month. Each week we will focus on a fundamental that will help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our fitness programs are tailored so that you receive personal guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular training, supplementation and resistance training. We will analyze your body fat and screen your movement patterns at the end of each month, so that we know how to progress your program and help you break through plateaus.
SilverStar Wealth Management provides financial planning and wealth management services and is committed to helping clients grow, protect and distribute wealth in a tax-efficient manner to meet their retirement income and estate planning goals. Tim is the President of SilverStar Wealth Management, Inc. located within Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union. As a Certified Financial Planner practitioner (CFP®), he enjoys helping individuals and business owners reach their retirement goals with a strong focus on reducing taxes and risk. He also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) professional designations.
Their access to a variety of financial planning and investment options, portfolio management tools, innovative technology, and client education services helps them address today’s dynamic wealth management objectives and thus balance risk, return and liquidity needs with greater precision to help clients meet their objectives.
